Our coffee is grown carefully on small scale privately owned farms by the ethnic people of Tana Toraja. It is picked one by one at harvest time, and dried under the sun.
We brought the exquisite balance between bitterness and sourness, characteristic flavor that is grown by hand only in the limited area of Tana Toraja to you. We export this eminent flavor directly from Makassar port.
